on my way down the ramp i was greeted by security guard, mall cop, secret agent on a bike and was asked where i was going. I've ways parked in the garage and walked up/down the ramp with no issues. Lastly, the problem that bothered me the most was getting back to my truck.
Every other Casino I've been to, the staff are all kind and efficient. I've only had this specific issue while at Encore. I also sat waiting for a waitress to take an order from me for about an hour. They repeated the order with the same attitude on my way out from the ATM area. No staff member had ordered me to do so prior to that. They were aggravated that i didn't know to pull my mask down. Then proceeded towards the ATM near the elevators to be greeted sternly by 2 men that told me to pull my mask down abruptly. I went to ask a red jacket assistant where the ATM machine was and he pointed in its direction and said 'its over there' as if i had just killed his pet. I understand that the Protocol for Covid has changed things, but there was no excuse for the way i was spoken to with such a condescending attitude by multiple staff members. I never had as unpleasant of an experience with the staff as i did yesterday. First off, I've been to Encore since its opening over 20 times. I would leave a zero rating if it was an option.
